1983 till date Teaching at Department of Psychology, University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Teaching courses on Introduction to Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Consumer Behavior to first year, third year, and fourth year honors, masters final year and M. Phil students. Other than taking classes, responsibilities include the supervisor of laboratory experiments, research supervision of Honors, Masters and M.Phil students, administrative duties such as member of examination committee, which includes arranging for examinations and publication of results.

(i) Worked as psychological counselor with distressed women and children at Bangladesh Jatio Mohila Aingibi Shangstha (BJMAS).

(ii) Worked with women and children under judicial custody and living in shelter homes run by the Bangladesh National Women Lawyers Association.

(i) Worked as a consultant to the BRAC - ICDDR, B joint projects on rural development, health interventions as well as resultant impacts. Contributed to the development of research design, questionnaire framing, conducting survey, data processing and report writing. Also, assisted in the training of field staff.
