  • August 2015 to Present- Currently I am the Principle Investigator of the project entitled “Development of Real Time PCR Assay for the Detection and Quantification of antibiotic resistance Salmonella spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in Food Samples” in Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics Laboratory (www.microbialgen.du.ac.bd), Department of Microbiology, University of Dhaka. I am currently co-supervising the project titled ‘Arsenic Transforming Gene Analysis and Bioremediation Potential of Arsenic Metabolizing bacteria Retrieved from Bangladesh Environment’ as well.
  • July 2014 to present- As lab associate under the project “Foot-and- Mouth Disease in Bangladesh: Genome analysis and Vaccine development” in Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics Laboratory, Department of Microbiology, University of Dhaka.
