Currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Educational Evaluation and Research at the Institute of Education and Research (IER), Dhaka University. Main responsibilities include teaching, guiding students’ research work at master level, developing curriculum and preparing instructional materials for students, providing training services to education professionals and researchers; and conducting research in different areas of education. In addition, contributions are made to the society by making training, research and consultancy services available to other government and non-government organizations.
