The study also explored and identified prospective future projects of MJF in line with MJF missions and agenda.   • The objective of this study was to analyze labour wages in terms of discrimination, exploitation based on gender and ethnicity through identifying different forms of exploitation and violence against female labours, analyzing the situation on contract farming and wage situation, extent of discrimination between industrial labor and agro-labor, existing agro-labor wage in compatibility with constitutional commitments and ILO laws and assessing the nature of existing interventions at government and non-government level in the area of wage discrimination, minimum wage etc. Responsibilities included secondary literature review, designing of study, preparation of tools, conduction of study, monitor study team; analyze findings and preparation of study report.
