1. Research associate in Bangladesh Biobank project organized by the Department of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Dhaka and BIRDEM general hospital from November 2016- February 2018
2. MSc thesis: Dynamics of Ccq1 in telomerase activation and negative regulation.
Techniques used: Yeast genetics, Southern Blot*, Western Blot, co-immunoprecipitation, site-directed mutagenesis, cloning and sub-cloning.

3. MSc thesis: Impact of hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF1A) gene polymorphism on pathogenesis linking type 2 diabetes and hypertension in Bangladeshi population
Techniques used: literature mining, genomic DNA isolation and purification, primer designing and PCR optimizing, sequencing, using bioinformatics tools and resources for ab initio 3D modeling of protein and understanding polymorphism effects
3. BSc project: Project title-‘in-silico structural analysis of beta bungarotoxin from kraits’
